Revive Mobile is part of the Ventura Telecom Group. Ventura was established in 2003 to combine the unique sourcing, processing, marketing and distribution skills of its two founders who share over 30 years of experience in the secondary mobile phone market.
From its launch, Ventura offered its clients professional and innovative solutions to 'stock disposal' and quickly established a strong reputation within the industry. Ventura has since gone on to establish long-standing relationships with most of the cellular majors including Vodafone, 3 and Carphone Warehouse. Ventura's key strength was to consistently provide revenue-maximising, market-making solutions for suppliers' surplus inventory, returns, trade-ins and BERs whilst still ensuring a ready supply of affordable communications to various customers in developing countries.
In order to build upon this success and the Group's market expertise in this sector of the mobile phone industry, Revive Mobile was launched in August 2006 to specialise in mobile phone reuse. A portfolio of programmes which promote mobile phone reuse and which address environmental and anti-theft issues followed. These programmes were quickly embraced by our partners and have led the way in establishing standards of quality and service within our industry.
In January 2007, Revive Mobile opened its Hertfordshire processing centre and soon after became the UK's first Mobile Phone WEEE Authorised Treatment Facility.
Today, the group is responsible for re-homing over 50,000 handsets per month and is one of Europe's leading mobile phone Reuse centres.
